Architectural Intern
About the Role:
We’re seeking an architectural intern to support planning, design, and execution of architectural projects, under the guidance of senior architects and project managers. As part of a small team at an architectural startup, you’ll not only develop professional skills, but also gain a wide range of hands-on experience in various stages of the architectural process. As you support our team across all Lupo projects, you’ll develop technical skills in drafting, modeling, and project documentation.
Typical Week Might Include:
Assisting with creating design concepts, sketches, presentations, architectural drawings, plans, construction documents, specifications, detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings
Participating in design reviews and contribute ideas for project improvements
Conducting site analysis, to include zoning, environmental impact, and spatial requirements
Ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant with building codes and regulations
Researching materials, building systems, and sustainability practices
Collaborating with team members, consultants, and clients
Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
Participating in project meetings and site visits
Managing project files, correspondence, and project schedules
Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and other project documentation
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
Prior internship or work experience in an architectural firm is a plus, but not required
Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite
Keeps up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices
Knowledgeable about building codes, standards, and construction practices
Exhibits strong graphic and presentation skills, as well as communication and teamwork abilities
Organized, precise, and thorough
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time/part-time position based in Atlanta, GA. The intern may be required to visit construction sites and attend meetings outside the office. Duration of the internship is 12 months with potential for extension or full-time employment based on performance.

Project Manager
About the Role:
A Lupo Group project manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of development and construction projects. You’re ultimately responsible for ensuring project teams including architects, engineers and subcontractors work cohesively and efficiently, clients receive communication and other service, and all project objectives are met. You’ll confirm projects meet all regulatory and quality standards.
Typical Week Might Include:
Define projects’ scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients
Prepare and review contracts
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Manage expectations and address any concerns or changes requested by clients or stakeholders
Oversee the development of design concepts and ensure alignment with client requirements and project goals
Review and approve architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards
Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and adherence to specifications
Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain the best terms
Monitor project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as necessary to stay within financial constraints Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and capture lessons learned
Prepare final project reports and documentation for client handover
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred
Experience as a project manager in the architecture, construction, or real estate development industry
In-depth knowledge of building standards, and construction practices
Strong leadership acumen, team management abilities, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Atlanta, GA. The role may require travel to project sites and client meetings. Flexible working hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
