Cocktail + sushi bar

This 2,100-square-foot sushi bar was originally envisioned as a speak easy below an office building, but pandemic-related changes called for a revision and it became a cocktail-forward lounge serving top-notch sushi.

Lupo handled: predesign, design, many revisions and construction administration

After the concept changed, we completely flipped the restaurant orientation, and re-applied for all permits. Lupo choreographed a complex submit/review timeline; isolated systems to limit the scope of change; and carefully communicated potential impacts of various redesign decisions. This focus on process and supporting our client’s decision-making kept delays minimal.
